Apple Lawyer: “iPhone Warranty Threats Legally Sound”

With the new FirmWare update, many people are finding that their iPhone no longer works. To make things worse, Apple has publicly stated that any unlocked iPhones are no longer covered under warranty. But, is voiding the warranties for the unlocked iPhones illegal under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act? Not likely, according to Wired.com
