Actually, the engineers over at the Part Foundry who have created this GPS module for the iPhone, claim that it is “tiny” (the camera adds 15 pounds, apparently) and the unsightly guts we see now will be packaged in a sleek plastic enclosure by the time it ships in February

Today i have gotten video recording to work, as it stands my max fps is @ 40-45 and i am limited by the iPhones ram so i need to keep working to get closer.. but right now i can capture 2mp quality at 10fps for 10 seconds.. when i lower the quality to normal phone size .mov i should be able to get a higher fps and a minute of video at least.

In a just-aired broadcast on CNBC, the network’s Jim Goldman reported that a source close to Apple’s manufacturing facilities has confirmed that the company will launch its much rumored sub-notebook at Macworld in January and that the company will also have a 3G iPhone on store shelves by June at the latest.
