MacNN has obtained an iPhone and disassembled the device in an effort to better learn about the manufacturing process that Apple engineers settled on for the cellular handset. The photos were provided by iFixIt, which sells parts for most Apple products.

Right now, the people from ifixit are disassembling an iPhone in a live photo stream.

The team at Mogulus were demo’ing their brand new iPhone and gave out the new phone number to a chat room of 800. Two hours and they couldn’t demo any features because the phone kept ringing. Airplane mode was not a workable solution because then there was no Internet access either! Never post your number on a live Internet TV show!

Apple may be smooth and polished, but AT&T has botched the great iPhone rollout. These are some of the frequent errors that people are experiencing. It is so bad that the AT&T web and phone support have shut-down at this point.
